We have been getting salt from State for quite a while. From the appointment setting to delivery, the operation is top notch and consist. Ryan delivers and does a great job. He confirms the order of the different types of salt going into the bin. He stacks any extra bags in order. Great stuff. He's considerate and friendly.

Tried to charge me to come out to do a water test when they advertised free water testing. Have an older system that came with the house wanted to have water quality checked because the iron remover isn’t working properly and wanted to know our options.Editing to add I spoke with Erica this evening she was very nice and apologized the person I spoke with was new they will be coming out tomorrow and will update again then.Second update: Ryan came out today to test everything was very knowledgeable and gave us some options to think about seems our older equipment aren’t doing what they should. Changed rating to 5 they really have great customer service.
